VISION House® Los Angeles is a joint project between Green Builder® Media and Structure Home. An infill lot was chosen for the site of this sustainable custom home to support the redevelopment of the urban core. Both neighborhood and environmental concerns were kept in mind during the design taking advantage of natural ocean breezes and south-facing exposure. Vital aspects of green building and home performance were infused with the "Contemporary Californian" design of the home. VISION House Los Angeles will be LEED and Energy Star certified, surpass Title 24 requirements by more than 30% and will reach Tier 2 under the CALGreen Code.
